2024 marks the 30th anniversary of our anniversiry, and completing our organizational transformation is one of the key milestones in our strategy to shift from a people-driven system to a structured framework. In the past, we primarily took a passive approach—receiving information and adjusting our strategies accordingly.

In 2025, we aim to shift from a OEM mindset to a market-driven mindset to create more opportunities. Therefore, we have made significant investments in R&D to enhance our core technologies, to be competitive in the market and offering more diverse services to our customers. We are shifting from a reactive approach to taking proactive action.

The post-pandemic era has further reinforced our belief that "the only constant is change." Innovation isn’t just about creating something brand new—it can also come from optimizing existing foundations and exploring new directions. Apple for instance,didn’t invent the MP3, but they perfected it and unlocked its full potential. This is precisely the kind of mindset we need to embrace.
